Tension Headache or Migraine

What’s the difference between a tension headache and a migraine?

Migraines are debilitating headaches that often result in nausea, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light and can last for days at a time.

Tension headaches, on the other hand, are much milder. They often cause pain on both sides of the head and pressure behind the eyes, in the neck or jaw, or on top of the head, and can be treated with over-the-counter medications.
